We are situated in the heart of the (malaria-free) Waterberg Biosphere only 10mins outside Vaalwater. Enjoy a break-away in the bushveld only 2hrs north of Pretoria! This is the perfect place-to-go with your family or friends! Wake up watching giraffe, zebra and wildebeest grazing around the Lodge!
We have 2 cosy Rondavels and 2 comfortable Family Cottages (sleeps 4 & 6) all well equipped for self-catering. The accommodation is in a beautiful garden setting with views of the bushveld. There are central facilities incl. Lapa with braai facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, DSTV, swimming pool and a large open fireplace which is popular for social evenings under the stars.
The farm offers great self-guided game and bird viewing walks as well as horse- and pony rides. There are plenty of things to do and recreational facilities in the nearby area.
Olievenhoutsrus is also conveniently situated en-route to Botswana, which makes it the perfect stop-over for the overland traveller. For these adventurers we have a neat bushveld camp-site situated away from the Main Lodge.
